Q: WHAT IS A SNOODIE MADE OUT OF?

A: The Snoodie is made out of smooth microfiber and high quality Sherpa fleece!

Q: CAN KIDS FIT A SNOODIE?

A: Yes they sure can! Kids love that it comes all the way down to their toes! We recommend kids to be age 6+ to fit a Snoodie comfortably.

Q: IS A SNOODIE HEAVY?

A: No its not! For its size its very lightweight & comfortable. The microfiber and Sherpa fleece makes the Snoodie very thick but also lightweight!

Q: HOW DO I WASH MY SNOODIE?

A: Simply toss it in your washing machine like a regular fleece blanket!

Q: WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

A: We are based in New Zealand and have international warehouses in the USA, Europe and China!

Q: HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

A: You can get a hassle free refund after 30 days of receiving the order. Just contact support@snoodieshop.com with your order number and simply state that you want a refund!

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Shipping typically takes between 7 -16 days after the order has been processed.
