Refunds

We have the upmost faith that you will love your Snoodie!

If you are not happy with your purchase you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Simply send us an email at support@snoodieshop.com stating you want a refund and we will then begin the refund process.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! You must cover the costs for any returns shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If its in its original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This usually takes 1 - 3 Business days to process.
